SECRET SAUNA

​Recover after your rowing practice in a handcrafted Secret Sauna parked right beside the club. You’ll have full access to all your usual amenities while enjoying this Nordic-inspired ritual. ​Book a 1-hour slot and cycle through as many rounds of heat and cold as you like—sweat in the sauna, cool off with a refreshing lake plunge, repeat. This experience is being generously offered free of charge by The Secret Sauna Co to bring the rowing community together. ​To start the day feeling your absolute best, join a 1-hour yoga class at 9:00 AM hosted by @patrishyoga. Mats are provided and the cost is just $20—a perfect warm-up before the sauna and plunge.
